Robert Snyder has more than 29 years of professional experience working in and adjacent to private and public higher education institutions. Prior to Georgetown, he held functional, project management, and senior advisory roles in admissions and enrollment, student affairs and services, career services, development and alumni relations, athletics, and the president’s office at George Washington University and the University of Delaware, where he managed high-profile initiatives and process improvements that brought about substantive change and enhanced the experiences of students, alumni, faculty and staff members, neighbors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, Robert has led best practices research and served as an advisor to presidents, boards, and other senior leaders on institutional strategy, career services, student affairs, and advancement at EAB, where he also developed and co-led a professional development fellowship program. Robert joined BDOG in 2021.
