The Business Design & Optimization Group is Georgetown University’s internal management consulting team that supports the delivery of world-class education and research through business process improvement, professional project management, change management, and financial analysis expertise. The internal consulting model has proven highly effective within the higher education industry at leveraging institutional knowledge through a wide variety of engagements that improve service to students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
