Jennie Backoff has over 10 years of experience in higher education. Before joining BDOG, Jennie was a Manager in Deloitte’s higher education consulting practice where she led projects involving business process redesign, technology implementation, organizational change management, and strategic assessment to improve the student, faculty, and staff experience at a variety of universities. Jennie also spent over 5 years as an administrator at Northwestern University, where she managed a new graduate program’s student and academic affairs, admissions, marketing, assessment, budgeting, and faculty/staff onboarding.
