Michelle Healey has more than 10 years of higher education experience, especially focused on student affairs, change management, and talent development. During her time at Georgetown, Michelle has made strides for access, equity, process improvements, and scaled efficiencies. Prior to Georgetown, Michelle worked across D.C., as well as in the South and Midwest, with roles throughout the higher education sector including admissions, alumni engagement, student involvement, orientation, and class-year programs. Michelle led a variety of high-level projects and initiatives that contributed to strategic goals across these areas including a multi-year redesign of an orientation/on-boarding program, full tuition scholarship recruitment initiatives, hiring and training requirements, and strategic planning. Within all of these spaces, Michelle led process improvement plans and created systems still intact today, especially for project and stakeholder management. She currently lives in Old Town Alexandria where she enjoys trying new restaurants and nature trails nearby. Michelle joined BDOG in 2024.
