Lydia is a higher education professional with expertise in communications, public affairs, and the strategic landscape of Jesuit institutions. Prior to joining the Business Design and Optimization Group (BDOG), Lydia served as the Director of Internal & Operations Communications at Georgetown. Throughout her tenure at Georgetown, Lydia coordinated campus-wide messaging for students, faculty, and staff, providing the high-level guidance necessary to navigate complex university-wide initiatives. She began her Georgetown journey as the Assistant Director of Public Affairs, following earlier higher education experience in the Office of Student Involvement at Boston College.
Lydia earned her Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the Boston College Lynch School of Education. Outside of work, Lydia can usually be found at her local yoga studio, baking something new in her kitchen, or enjoying the outdoors. Lydia joined BDOG in 2026
