Lisa Brancheau is an analytically driven international education and operations professional with nearly two decades of experience managing complex initiatives across 20 countries. A returning member of the Georgetown community, she previously served as a Senior Associate within the Business Design & Optimization Group from 2021 – 2022, where she drove strategic process improvements and supported institutional operations across the Provost’s Office, the Law Center, and other campus divisions. Most recently, Lisa served for three years as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), directing multi-million dollar education programs in both DC and Nepal. Her higher education background includes serving as an Assistant Director of Global & Experiential Education at The George Washington University School of Business, where for five years she managed study abroad portfolios, doubled program offerings, and streamlined enrollment and procurement systems. She began her career in international service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica and continues to provide pro bono consulting services to an education nonprofit in Nepal. Lisa returned to BDOG in 2026.
