With over a decade of experience in higher education and educational technology, Kendra is a highly skilled professional known for driving client success, developing training programs, and improving operational efficiency. Prior to joining Georgetown Kendra spent time working for an ed tech company supporting higher education clients and leading cross-functional teams to optimize product adoption and retention. Prior to that, Kendra oversaw Orientation programs at The George Washington University where she led the charge on overhauling the Orientation structure by moving from a summer orientation model to a fall orientation model. She also has project management experience working within other areas of Student Affairs such as residence life and student activities. Kendra is committed to delivering measurable outcomes and building lasting relationships. When not working, Kendra enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring the Northern VA area, and reading. Kendra joined BDOG in 2025.
