Justin Mason has over 12 years of professional experience in higher education with a focus on assessment, strengths-based coaching, training and development, leadership development, change management, human-centered design, and process optimization. Justin previously worked at the university’s Capitol Campus where he helped to build out the campus life experience for graduate and undergraduate students living downtown. Justin attributes his person-first approach, love for innovation and creativity, and knack for logistics and optimization to his experiences working at a myriad of colleges and universities across the East Coast and Midwest including Towson University, Northeastern University, Stony Brook University, Miami University of Ohio, and James Madison University. In his personal life, Justin is a self-proclaimed foodie and coffee snob who is always on the search for a cool new spot to try out. Justin joined BDOG in 2025.
