Hannah Hahn is a higher education professional with over 15 years of experience who partners with campus leaders to co‑design sustainable solutions that advance their initiatives, mission, and vision. During her time at Georgetown, she has worked with leaders across the university on projects such as strategic planning, equity‑focused initiatives, operational and process improvement, and human‑centered change management. Drawing on advanced training in leadership coaching and the Organizational Development and Change Leadership Lab, Hannah brings a refined set of skills and frameworks to her practice, serving as a trusted partner to campus leaders in driving strategic, people‑centered change—and she is excited to continue applying this expertise to help institutions navigate a fast‑changing higher education landscape.
