Stephanie is a seasoned higher education administrator with nearly two decades of experience driving operational excellence across diverse institutional settings. Her expertise encompasses academic advising, online program admissions, policy development, accreditation, process improvement, training, and data analysis. Steph is recognized for implementing data informed, user-centered strategies that enhance institutional effectiveness and enrich the experiences of students, faculty, and staff.
Prior to joining the Georgetown community, Steph held various roles in The George Washington University’s Health Sciences division, where she spearheaded initiatives to digitize and streamline processes. Steph has a diverse professional background that includes Marymount University, Northern Virginia Community College, the International Association of Fire Fighters, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
A graduate of a fellow Jesuit institution, Steph is driven by mission-centered work that promotes equity, learning, and service. She joined BDOG in 2025.
